Do not waste your valuable time and money on QuickBooks, Quicken, etc.

We have developed our own simple bookkeeping system that integrates with your bank’s online banking/billpay.

Fees starting as low as $400 a year.

Profit & Loss Statements can be prepared Monthly, Quarterly or Annually

We recommend you follow these guidelines to help keep it simple, but not required:

• Select Checking & Credit Card Accounts that Retain downloadable transactions for at least 18 months.

• We DO NOT recommend using any Wells Fargo credit cards for business as they only allow you to download up to 180 days.

• Select a Bank that is associated with Zelle.

• Select a Credit Card that offer Cash Back.

• Use separate bank and credit card accounts for your business. Try not to use too many bank & credit card accounts for business. Keep it simple.

  It does not matter to us if these separate bank accounts and credit cards are in the business name or your name. Most banks charge more if the account is in the business name.

Most online vendors like Amazon, Ebay, etc. allow you to add more than one credit card. You can add one for business and one for personal.

If you use one account for business & personal. We will do our best to determine which income & expense transactions are for your business. This will require more work, and can cause your net income to be under or overstated.

• Pay by credit card and earn cash back when possible.

• Use Your banks online Bill-pay or Zelle in place of your handwritten or printed checks when possible.

• Only write or print checks when your banks bill pay is not an option.

• However, if you still prefer to use your checks over your banks bill pay. That’s fine, it will just require a little more work.

• We can also work with most other services like Venmo & Paypal, but requires a little more setup.
• Send us your bank downloads, we will take care of the rest. You can also grant me view only access to your accounts.

• We will talk you through all of this when you are ready.

We understand you may also need Point of Sale, Invoicing and/or payroll. And you can still use your accounting software for these standalone tasks without their bookkeeping integration. In our opinion, maintaining an accurate set of books on these accounting packages requires a lot of work and expertise and is best delegated to us.

Alternatively, there are standalone Invoicing, payroll, and other products that may suit your needs. And at much lower cost point than QuickBooks or other complete accounting package.
